Bio
Artist name is Uyên Huy. Real name is Huỳnh Văn Mười.
1950: born as Huynh Van Muoi in Gia Dinh, South Vietnam.
1971: graduated from Saigon National College of Fine Arts (Level 1).
1974: graduated from Saigon National College of Fine Arts (Level 2).
Since 1974: lecturer of Gia Dinh National College of Decorative Arts and Advertising designer for KAA Company in Saigon.
Since 1975: lecturer of Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts.
1993 – 2005: Head of Painting Department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts.
Since 2006: Head of Applied Arts Department of Ho Chi Minh City of Fine Arts.
Awarded title “National Outstanding Educator” by the government of Vietnam.
Current Chairman of The Fine Arts Association of Ho Chi Minh City
